The robot welding cell consists of a robotic manipulator with a clamping head and a welding robot. The robotic manipulator from the pallet, which reaches the robotic cell via a roller track, takes over the piece and sets it optimally to the welding robot. The welding process follows. In case of the need for inter-welding cooling, the robotic manipulator puts the piece back on the pallet and remembers its position. After the pre-set cooling time, it takes over the piece again and completes the welding process. The clamping head has an integrated laser distance meter and a 2D camera for recognizing the QR code of the product and its orientation. MIG/MAG welding process.
